For this project, I was tasked with creating a black and white poster for a memorable place in Arizona that would make other people want to visit there. 
I went hiking at the Lost Dutchman State Park and drew these sketches while there.

The next stage involved drawing many different thumbnails with ideas for the poster. I did each of these with more detail than needed, but the extra work helped me decide on the best design later.

Out of these final three I chose to develop with more detail, my favorite ended up being the third, but it was a tie with my final design below.
REFINED DESIGNS
Choosing the final design was difficult, but I wanted to highlight that this is a hiking destination above all else.
